By accessing our site or registering for any of our programs, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Use of Website<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The website is for informational purposes only, showcasing our youth programs and activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You agree not to misuse or copy any content, images, or materials from the website without written permission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Registration &amp; Participation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All participants must be officially registered before joining any club activities or events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parents or guardians must provide accurate information during registration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spaces for boys\u2019 and girls\u2019 programs are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Code of Conduct<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Respectful behaviour is expected at all times towards mentors, staff, and other participants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any form of bullying, disruptive behaviour, or disrespectful conduct may result in suspension or removal from the club.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants must adhere to Islamic values and dress codes as outlined by the Hub 13 guidelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Payments &amp; Fees (if applicable)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any required fees or contributions must be paid in full as per the schedule provided during registration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fees are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled by the Hub 13.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Safety &amp; Wellbeing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Hub 13 takes all reasonable steps to ensure a safe and secure environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parents\/guardians must inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or special requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dar ul-Quran Hub 13 is not liable for injuries or accidents caused by failure to follow safety instructions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Photography &amp; Media<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Photos or videos taken during events may be used for promotional purposes on our website or social media, unless a parent or guardian opts out during registration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7.
